Haze Girl Haaaaze - Hazy IPA

This hazy IPA pours a glowing, golden-orange haze and hits with waves of grapefruit, citrus, and tropical fruit thanks to a huge dry-hop of Citra and Mosaic. Cold Winter Cabin - Stout

Trains of Fayetteville 🏅 - Red Ale

North South Brewing is sandwiched between two railroad tracks. If you’ve ever been here, you may have gotten stuck waiting for a train to pass. Trains of Fayetteville is an award winning, smooth, copper-hued red ale that rolls in with rich caramel notes and a comforting malty sweetness. Each sip is balanced and easy-drinking, echoing the steady rhythm of rail lines that helped shape the city’s history.

Sweet Fraulein - Hefeweizen

Why should we have to wait until October to enjoy a great Hefeweizen? We say wait no more! We brewed a flavorful, mouth-watering Hefeweizen that pays tribute to the German brewing ways. Our Hefeweizen is brewed with German Hallertau Noble Hops, wheat and pilsner malt. To finish the beer off right, we use a Hefeweizen yeast and ferment at temperatures that give a balance between the banana and clove flavor traditionally found in German Hefeweizens.

Czech Czech One Two - Czech Pilsner

A crisp, classic Czech Pilsner that delivers a rhythmic punch of tradition and taste. Brewed with authentic Saaz hops and Munich malt, this deep golden lager opens with a beautiful aroma and follows through with a clean, bready backbone and a satisfyingly light bitter finish.
